Our team understands your concerns about the impact of COVID-19 on your upcoming event. Although our venues are fully functional and ready for guests, the recent government mandates and restrictions regarding public and private community gatherings have halted these celebrations and functions from taking place. We ask for your patience as we navigate this situation to ensure the health and safety of our clients and team.
Quarantine regulations in our area are currently set to be lifted at 5:00pm on Thursday, May 14, 2020. We are allowing the transfer of reservations taking place during this time period to a date outside of the quarantine window without any fees or penalties. Our immediate focus is to work with couples and clients with events scheduled within this time period to reschedule their events. Once we have taken care of these clients, we will discuss options with clients with events scheduled outside of this timeframe. Clients who have an event that falls between today and May 14, 2020, will be given preferred consideration when rebooking another date.
