Ways to Incorporate Your Pets Into Your Wedding Day

Include them in your wedding photos 

The obvious first step is to make sure your wedding venue is pet-friendly – psst, like us! Once that’s out of the way, make your wedding photos even more special by including your pet in your wedding party or couple portraits.

If you want your pet to be even more involved, consider having them serve as a ring bearer or flower girl for a unique touch to your ceremony. There are also plenty of cute and stylish pet wedding outfits available online or at local pet boutiques.

Bring them along for engagement photos 

Incorporating your furry friends into your engagement photos is a great alternative if you don’t think you wan them their on the day of. This way they can also be incorporated into your save the dates or invitations! Many parks and open-air locations are pet friendly. Of course, our venue is also available for your engagement portraits, and you’re more than welcome to bring your furry friends with you. 

If you don’t want to bring your pet along on your wedding day, consider printing and framing an engagement photo with your pets included to feature at your reception.

Napkins, cups, signs..

The easiest way to include your pet on your wedding day is to have them on your cocktail menu (you can even name your specialty drinks after them!), koozies, napkins, cups, signage… anything you can imagine! Many companies can create a cute render of your pet to use across your wedding stationary and favors.

Pet friendly wedding favors

Pet lovers may even feel inclined to make their wedding favors pet-friendly. Doggie or cat treats, toys, or just favor bags with an illustration of your furry friend are a great way to show your love for your pet at the end of your wedding day.
